John Winslow is one of the most influential figurative painters in the region. Several of his most recent paintings will be featured in the April 2008 edition of New American Paintings.
A reception for the artist will be held, in conjunction with the "Bethesda Art Walk" on Friday, May 9, 6pm – 9pm.

The Fraser Gallery is pleased to host the 4th Annual Bethesda Painting Awards. The work of 8 finalists, selected by Dr. Anne Goodyear, Timothy App and Reni Gower, will be on display. $14,000 will be awarded to 3 artists, with a Grand Prize Winner receiving $10,000. An Opening Reception, in conjunction with the "Bethesda Art Walk" will be held on Friday, June 13, 6pm – 9pm.

The Fraser Gallery has been invited to participate in the 2008 Affordable Art Fair. The AAF will be held at the Metropolitan Pavilion, 125 W. 18th Street, New York City from June 12 - 15, 2008. The Fraser Gallery will exhibit new paintings by John Aquilino, David FeBland, Michael Fitts and Andrew Wodzianski, and photographs by Lawrence Hislop and Lida Moser.
