The Fraser Gallery is located in the Bethesda Place complex, which is one block North of the Bethesda Metro stop. The gallery is perfectly located for easy access via underground Metro, buses and major roads, easily accessible off the Wisconsin exit of the Capital Beltway. 
There is plenty of available safe parking (free on weekends) within half a block from the gallery on Woodmont Avenue. The gallery space can comfortably seat 80 for dinner or host 200 for a standing cocktail party or event. Otherwise, the gallery is available for functions after 6 PM on a daily basis and anytime on Sundays and Mondays. The Fraser Gallery is a member of the Bethesda chamber of Commerce.

Catering: The gallery can help you arrange catering from many of the nearby world famous restaurants in Bethesda or help you coordinate your own catering event.
Damage Deposit: The damage deposit for standard reception is $ 500.00 (due at least 48 hours before event). This deposit is 100% refundable within 48 hours after the event provided that no damage took place to the gallery or artwork, nothing is missing, and no abnormal or excessive cleaning of gallery space is required. The gallery is located off Wisconsin Avenue, the main street of Bethesda, and faces a beautiful courtyard with a performing stage and a beautiful water fountain. The courtyard can be accessed from either Wisconsin Avenue or Woodmont Avenue. There are several major hotels within walking distance as well as many world-class restaurants and one of the best-known theatres in the area. No smoking is allowed inside the gallery; however, the gallery opens to a enclosed courtyard with roofed areas where smoking can take place.
Payment: Rental fee is $1500, due one month in advance of event. Visa, Mastercard, personal checks and money orders are acceptable.
